A strong community is built on respect, accountability, and trust. These rules apply to every participant, coach, and guest, in person and online.
The Standard
We hold a high standard because we expect a lot of each other. The rules below are not bureaucracy — they are the conditions that make growth possible.
1. Respect
- Treat everyone with courtesy regardless of background, age, ability, or belief.
- No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
- Disagree with ideas, never attack the person.
2. Accountability
- Do what you said you would do. Own your misses without excuses.
- Be on time and prepared.
- Support others' progress; celebrate wins that aren't yours.
3. Confidentiality
What is shared in the room stays in the room. Do not repeat or publish other participants' personal information, struggles, or business details. See the NDA / Confidentiality Agreement.
4. Safe Environment
- No alcohol, drugs, or weapons at any session or venue.
- No physical aggression or threats.
- Report any safety or safeguarding concern immediately to a coach or the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
5. Online Conduct
The same standards apply in all Programme channels. Keep channels on-topic, kind, and free of spam or self-promotion that breaches the Brand Usage Guidelines.
6. Protecting Younger Members
Adults in a mixed cohort must model exemplary conduct toward under-18s, never seek private contact with a young person, and always work within the Safeguarding Policy.
7. Consequences
Breaches are handled proportionately: a quiet word, a formal warning, suspension, or removal for serious or repeated breaches. Serious misconduct (violence, abuse, unlawful behaviour) results in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.
