The standard operating procedure for each day of the Programme. Discipline is built through repeatable structure — this is the rhythm every participant follows.
Purpose
This manual defines the standard daily routine for the Programme. The principle is simple: clarity creates calm, structure creates freedom. Following the same sequence each day removes decision fatigue and builds the discipline that compounds over the cohort.
The Daily Sequence
| Block | Window | Standard procedure |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Morning ritual | 06:00 – 07:00 | Wake on first alarm, hydrate, 10 minutes movement, no phone for the first 30 minutes. |
| 2. Planning | 07:00 – 07:30 | Write the day's three priorities. Review yesterday's tracking sheet. |
| 3. Deep work / session | 08:00 – 12:00 | Focused work or scheduled Programme session. Phone in airplane mode or out of sight. |
| 4. Reset | 12:00 – 13:00 | Meal, walk, no screens. |
| 5. Execution block | 13:00 – 17:00 | Apply the day's learning; complete assigned tasks. |
| 6. Review | 18:00 – 18:30 | Complete the daily tracking sheet; note one win and one lesson. |
| 7. Wind-down | 21:30 – 22:30 | Screens off 60 minutes before sleep (see Digital Discipline SOP). |
Non-Negotiables
- Be on time. Punctuality is the first signal of discipline.
- Three priorities written before the day begins.
- Tracking sheet completed honestly, every day.
- Phone away during deep-work and session blocks.
- Sleep protected — recovery is part of the work.
Adaptations
Younger participants and those with caring, school, or work commitments follow an adjusted timetable agreed with their coach. The sequence and principles stay the same; only the timings flex. Any participant with accessibility needs will have a personalised version of this SOP.
Coach note. Consistency beats intensity. A participant who follows 80% of this routine every day will outperform one who does 100% twice a week.
