Participant Tracking Sheets

Last updated: 5 June 2026 Classification: Internal / Participant Bernardine Ltd · Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom

What gets measured gets managed. These sheets capture daily discipline, weekly progress, and overall outcomes so growth is visible and accountable.

Purpose

Tracking turns intention into evidence. Participants complete daily and weekly sheets; coaches review them to spot patterns, celebrate progress, and intervene early. All tracking data is personal data and handled under the Privacy Policy.

4. Honesty Standard

Tracking only works if it's honest. A missed day recorded truthfully is more valuable than a perfect sheet that isn't real. Coaches respond to honesty with support, never punishment.
